Ted Ryce
Ted Ryce is a keynote speaker, fitness expert, and health coach who specializes in working with clients who have injuries and health conditions. Ted has overcome a tremendous amount in his quest to live a legendary life. 

Health and fitness saved his life and after that, he decided work with others to teach them how health and fitness form the foundation for success.
As a leading health & fitness coach for nearly two decades in the Miami Beach area, he has worked with celebrities like Richard Branson, Rick Martin, Robert Downey Jr., and numerous of CEOs of multimillion-dollar companies.
Ted was always fascinated by the power of martial arts for mental toughness. He started training and competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and received his brown belt. He felt mentally, emotionally and spiritually stronger and his body was leaner and more muscular. 

But, the training was too hard on his body and after sustaining multiple injuries from Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitions and several car accidents, Ted stopped training and realized that he needed to find a solution to stop the pain and heal his injuries. He ended up eventually discovering that there's a gap between healthcare and mainstream fitness programs. 

Conventional medicine falls short when addressing chronic health issues like back pain, herniated discs and conditions like hypertension or pre-diabetes. And most general fitness and nutrition advice isn’t appropriate or effective in helping with these situations.

So, he literally spent thousands of hours delving deep into the latest, most cutting-edge research on injury rehabilitation science and strength & conditioning techniques for people with injuries

PLUS, he took a deep dive into the science and principles of Functional Medicine, which is the future of medicine–available now. 

He decided to put all that he discovered to the test. 

First, he completely restructured his diet into a customized anti-inflammatory approach focused on injury recovery. Also, he helped his clients achieve lasting weight loss goals, reverse chronic conditions, and improve their overall health through the same type of diet.

Then he changed the way he was training by focusing on cutting-edge injury rehabilitation science and strength & conditioning techniques.
